It is recommended to take 2~3 samples with expected large difference to do pre-experiment before formal experiment and dilute the sample according to the result of the pre-experiment and the detection range (0.315-150 μg/mL).

Answered: I'll never recommend you to do so. But there is E-BC-K284-M which is designed for 96-well plate specifically.

Answered: Dear Chiara Thanks for your message. It is not recommended to reduce the sample volume. If possible, you can choose to dilute the sample to achieve the required sample volume. Best regards
