How can I create a user account?
If you are not already enjoying our additional services as customer or user you are welcome to register by clicking the Login link in the navigation at the top of the webpage. Simply choose your title, enter your name, email address and password. After you have been registered you will find the menu item “Your Title and Your First Name” in the navigation bar at the top of the page. After selecting this link you will find many options to choose from only available to registered users.

Which information does elabscience.com need in order for me to become a customer?
All we need are the following info:
·Product number of the item(s) you would like to order
·Ordering address (shipping address)
·Billing address
·Contact information (contact person, email address and phone-/fax number)
·VAT ID if available

Please observe that the contact information must be complete in order to allow us to contact you in case there are any changes to the product like changes in availability, price, shipping time and so on.

What advantage does a user account offer?
A user account offers the following advantages:
·You can change your billing and shipping address
·You may manage your newsletter settings
·You may manage orders, i.e. send in inquiries, or check the order status.
·Check which items are stored in your shopping basket

Are any costs involved when I register?
Registration for a customer or user account is completely free of charge for you!

I forgot my password, what can I do?
In case you notice that you have lost your password when attempting to log-in please click on the link “Forgot your password”. Within just a few minutes we will automatically send you a mail for modification your password.

In case there is any problem with this process (for example if the automated mail is filtered by your company’s email system) please send an email to info@elabscience.com with your name and the email address that you have registered with us.

The login does not work, what can I do?
Please note that your login information is case sensitive; hence make sure that caps-lock is not activated. Alternatively please try again at a later time. If the problem persists please send an email to support@elabscience.com.
