Leukemia, also known as blood cancer, is a kind of hematopoietic stem cell abnormality clone malignant disease. Clonoid leukemia cells, due to uncontrolled proliferation, impaired differentiation, and blocked apoptosis, cause leukocyte stagnation at different stages of cell development, and then accumulate in bone marrow and other hematopoietic tissues in large quantities, and infiltrate other non-hematopoietic tissues and organs, while inhibiting normal hematopoietic function. Clinical manifestations include anemia, bleeding, fever with infection, enlarged liver, spleen, lymph nodes, and bone pain.
Elabscience® has developed a new batch of high quality leukemia related antibodies, which will help you to more accurately detect the relevant important indicators.
