Order FAQs

How to order over the Phone/Email?
Please provide the following:
Caller's Name, Institution and Telephone Number
Catalog Number(s) (with Package Size and Description if applicable) and Quantity
Shipping and Billing Address
Credit Card Information or PO number
Then the invoice containing above info will be sent to your email box for you to confirm.
Generally, your order will be shipped in 3 business days after received your payment.

How can I order product in my country?
Please email to orders@elabscience.com, you will be replied in 24 business hours. Then you can get reply if order from us directly, or order from your local distributor. Or please call us. You will get reply more efficiently.

Do you offer trial size?
Antibody: 10ul could be offer for free.
ELISA: 24Tests could be offered for free.
Freight charges: If you have your international express account (DHL or FedEx is much preferred), you could choose your account freely. If trail samples are shipped under our account, freight fees will be charged according to different zone divided by DHL or FedEx.

How to make payment?
A. Generally, we accept bank transfer. After you have confirmed the Proforma Invoice (it contains our bank account.), please arrange payment accordingly.

B. We accept all major credit card including Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as payments through PayPal. As for credit card, you need to offer Credit Card Type, Cardholder name, Credit card number and expiry date.

How do I know if you received my order?
You will get a confirmation email when your order has been received, and we will tell you how long it takes before shipping your order. In addition we will send you another email when your order has been completed, including our invoice and the tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your order’s shipment.

How long it takes to receive my order?

7 to 10 business days after receiving your payment or payment slip



How to order online?
If you are a new customer to Elabscience®, please click here to register an account. If you already have an account, log in your account, then find the products you need, add them to the shopping cart, and make your payment online, either pay by credit card or PayPal.

PS: Online ordering is available only for customers in the North America, South America and United Kingdom. Other international customers please contact us before ordering.

How do I save the products of my cart for later use?
To save the products in your cart and order later, click on the “Add to Cart” button. To submit the order, click on the “Check Out” button.

How do I view my online order history?
To view previous orders, click on “Order History” in the navigation pane on the left side of the page.

How do I check the status of an existing order online?
To see your pending orders and recent shipments, view the Order Status on the top of the order history page.

Can I track a shipped order?
The delivery tracking number of the package, if available, is displayed on the Order History page. Any package receipt information will be shown, if available, from the carrier. Click on the tracking number will provide more detailed routing and delivery information from that carrier's website.

How to change or cancel order?
If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us firstly. Change or cancel order involving custom service or products which have been shipped we will charge a reagent recovery fee of 50% of the custom service and/or product price. All custom service orders are final sale.
