10× Normal Goat Blocking Buffer

Introduction

This product is normal goat serum, added stabilizer, As a blocking buffer, It can effectively reduce the nonspecific staining of IHC/IF experiment, so as to reduce the background.

Components

Instructions

The product is 10× concentrated normal goat Blocking Buffer. Please dilute with PBS to 1× working solution before use.

For example: take 10 μL 10× Normal Goat Blocking Buffer, add it to 90 μL PBS and mix.

Storage

Store at 2~8°C for 12 months.

1. This product couldn’t be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or medicine, and can’t be stored in residence.

2. For your safety and health, please wear the lab coat and disposable gloves before the experiments.
