There is no serum or albumin in this product,
it has high signal-to-noise ratio and good compatibility. It can be compatible
with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and biotin labeled
second antibody. This product does not contain biotin and will not interfere
with biotin based detection. And it is a Ready-to-Use product. It can be
directly used for antibody dilution without any additional reagent.

Experimental Procedure
1. Refer to the manuals of the primary or secondary antibody, and
the content of the target protein in the sample, dilute the primary antibody or
secondary antibody according to the appropriate proportion, such as 1:50,
1:100, etc. (for the specific dilution ratio, please dilute according to the rate
of the manuals).
2. After the diluting of antibody with appropriate proportion, the
mixture can be directly used for the incubation of immunohistochemistry
or immunofluorescence experiment.
Storage
Store
at 2~8°C. Avoid
of freezing. Valid for 12 months.

1. This product couldn’t be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or
medicine, and can’t be stored in residence.
