TBS Buffer, pH7.4 (10×)

Introduction

TBS buffer is used in Western Blot to wash away non-specific binding on the membrane.

This product is supplied with 10× concentrate and easy for transportation. Dilute to 1× working buffer and add 0.1% Tween20 to enhance elution capacity.

Components

Instructions

This product is a 10× concentrate solution, dilute with deionized water to 1× working solution before use.

For example: take 100 mL 10× TBS buffer, dilute with deionized water to 1 L. Add 0.1% Tween20 to enhance elution capacity.

1 × TBS Buffer Components

145.4 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tirs-base, pH7.4.

Storage

Store at 2~8°C for 12 months.

Cautions

1. If the product crystallizes, please use water bath to dissolve at 37°C, and then dilute it after it is completely dissolved.

2. Keep the product sealed to prevent from pollution.

3. For your safety and health, please wear the lab coat and disposable gloves before the experiments.
